Z9 Resort รีสอร์ตริมเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ที่ได้รับการขนานนามว่า "มัลดีฟส์เมืองไทย" ต้องการยูนิฟอร์มที่ถ่ายทอดความรู้สึก สงบ เรียบง่าย และกลมกลืนกับธรรมชาติ แต่ยังแฝงไว้ด้วยความทันสมัยและครีเอทีฟให้สมกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์

แนวคิดการออกแบบ
เราเลือกใช้ผ้าใยธรรมชาติที่มีลักษณะเบา สวมใส่สบาย ระบายอากาศได้ดี เหมาะกับอุณหภูมิสูงในฤดูร้อนของจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี พร้อมตัดเย็บด้วยแพทเทิร์นที่สะท้อน ความเรียบง่ายแบบญี่ปุ่น (Japanese Simplicity) โดยยังคงดีไซน์ร่วมสมัยที่เข้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมของรีสอร์ตที่เน้นเส้นสายโค้งมนของหลังคาและประตู

กระเป๋าเสื้อปักลายที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากทรงประตูของห้องพัก และโลโก้ของรีสอร์ต ถูกนำมาประยุกต์เป็นดีเทลกราฟิกรูปกระเป๋าทรงคว่ำ

โทนสีธรรมชาติอย่างสีเบจ ฟ้าอ่อน และคราม ช่วยเสริมบรรยากาศสงบ ผ่อนคลาย เป็นมิตรต่อแขกที่มาเข้าพัก

ยูนิฟอร์มนี้จึงไม่เพียงสวยงามลงตัวกับสถานที่ แต่ยังช่วยเสริมประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าในทุกมิติ ตั้งแต่ความรู้สึกเมื่อพบพนักงานครั้งแรก ไปจนถึงความประทับใจที่แบรนด์ตั้งใจจะสื่อสาร

Z9 Resort, often dubbed "The Maldives of Thailand," is a serene riverside destination located in Kanchanaburi. When approached to design their uniforms, the client requested a look that communicates a natural, calm, and welcoming atmosphere, while also staying creative and modern.

Design Concept
We chose breathable natural fibre fabric for its lightweight comfort, perfect for staff working in the high heat of summer. The silhouettes reflect a Japanese-inspired simplicity, to complement the minimal and iconic curves of the resort’s architecture.

Signature Details
To bring in a personal touch, we took the shape of the guestroom’s iconic curved doorway and transformed it into an embroidered pocket motif alongside the Z9 logo — subtle yet unique.

The palette combines natural beige, soft blue, and muted indigo, evoking a sense of ease, approachability, and effortless elegance.

The result is a collection of staff uniforms that not only blend harmoniously into the surroundings but also enhance the guest experience by subtly reinforcing the resort’s identity — warm, refined, and unforgettable.
